"You mean someone took your prey?" Garry looked bemused as he cocked his brow and stared at Richard's dark face.

"Do not irk me further. I am only bearing you because of your seeds. In case Rowan proved as useless as you, I will need another child from your lineage." Richard scoffed as he paced into the room.

He did not care to look at Garrison's face.

"I am happy to oblige as long as the woman is not a whore. I will not mind impregnating Ana or the second princess but the way a man left her room every single day, I am not sure if you will be able to differentiate between her children." Richard gritted his teeth when he thought about the confusion for 18 long years. Not minding Garry had called his daughter whore.

"She is just not like Gabriella. I should have had more daughters if I knew this day would come." Garry felt an edge in his voice that made his stomach churn and his body stiff.
