Bab 168: Chapter 168: Harvest Ceremony

Song Jian had already played around with the image of the dwarf blacksmith, Aberdeen, in his mind in countless ways. A strange smile appeared on his face, and his laughter made George the butler, who was standing outside the door, feel a chill down his spine. After hesitating for a while, he gently knocked on the door of the room.

Knock! Knock! Knock!

"Who is it!" Song Jian wiped off his saliva and asked;

"Master, the wheat and potatoes in the six Spirit Fields have matured. John would like to invite you to the Harvest Ceremony. Do you have time?" Butler George asked respectfully from outside the door;

Song Jian was perplexed. For just a couple of patches of wheat and potatoes, they needed to hold a ceremony? Did life have to be so ceremonious?

"Are they trying to show off their achievements to me, in order to ask for a raise in their salaries? Humph." Song Jian entered the room with a gloomy face;

"Lead the way!"
