Bab 148: Love

"Well, I don't have much to tell," William said with a bitter smile on his face. "I was born completely useless in Verley Clan and due to some things with my maternal family, they wanted to kill me. My mother fought for my life and sent me to live in a small town."

Alexander furrowed his brows and nodded. It wasn't something new to him. Even in his clan, children with weak potential were sent to do small task. Only a child who showed reat potential would be pampered. It was the natures rules and everyone followed it. Well, atleast in his clan people weren't treated so harshly. If they had weak potential, they just wouldn't be focus of the clan.

'Still, what happened to his maternal side? Why did they want to kill him?' Alexander thought but didn't ask.

"I was bullied a lot in childhood because of my uselessness," William said, taking a sip from his beer as his turned distant, remembering the memories he had buried in his mind.
