When it learned that its three disciples had lost the battle at the cloud top celestial realm, it was furious. The two springs were of great significance to it.

There was a secret that the snowmen might not know.

There had never been snow demons in this world, until later on, when a snowman brought back a batch of celestial water from the cloud top Fairyland, trying to see if it could change this land full of ice and snow. Unfortunately, they failed. Even the celestial water could not grow plants in The World of Ice and snow below.

In his disappointment, he poured the remaining celestial water into a River that would not freeze.
