Bab 29: Chapter 29: Mother's Critical Illness_1

Ji Yao's eyes widened suddenly when she received the phone call, her five fingers clutching the cell phone tightened abruptly, nearly breaking into a cry.

"What did you say? How could my mother possibly...!"

At this point, her voice stopped abruptly in her throat; nothing else mattered, the most important thing now was to go to the hospital and see for herself.

Arriving at the hospital, she did indeed see the lights on in the intensive care unit.

Ji Yao immediately inquired with the attending physician, who also wore a worried expression.

"I don't know how they could make such a mistake, they actually gave the wrong medication to the patient. The condition has suddenly become much more serious. If we can't find a suitable blood source for a transfusion, I'm afraid the patient won't make it through the day."

The attending physician's words left Ji Yao frozen in place, momentarily unsure what kind of expression to show.

"What about the blood source? Do you have a match?"
