New York, Manhattan. In a family park.
A young man could be seen enjoying his time alone. In his hand there was a big Shawarma.
He intended to eat it with ketchup he brought from somewhere.
The shawarma was very yummy even without ketchup on it but why did this young man have to ruin the culture?
"Because it is my choice, duh."
This young man's name was Lucifer Junior Morningstar. He was the adopted grandson of the super rich businessman and businesswoman,
Ben Parker and May Parker.
He came to the park to chill because he felt stuffy when he was at home.
"I don't want to be guarded by those big smelly men for twenty four seven. Why do grandpa and grandma worry so much about my safety anyway? It isn't like I am going to be kidnapped as soon as I step out of my house."
Luci ate the big Shawarma while complaining. He then suddenly leaned forward and a man missed him.
He was trying to kidnap him with such a noob movement.
This meant that he wasn't a professional kidnapper.
And he was just a useless thug who might just remember him when he went to events with his grandpa.
Luci didn't need any bodyguards if the kidnapper was only at this level.
"I am not that weak anymore. No one can kidnap me If I don't want to."
Luci stood up from the wooden bench. The half-eaten shawarma was still in his hand. It was dipping with tomato ketchup.
"Now you ruin my mood. Do you want to eat the rest of my Shawarma?"
The kidnapper didn't listen to him and he tried to kidnap him again.
"If you dodge me this time. I will fucking kill you!"
He ran toward Luci again.
However, before he could reach him.
The man found himself flying toward the young man.
He slipped on a banana peel that he knew wasn't there before.
Luci then forcefully pushed the half-eaten Shawarma inside his mouth.
"Sorry my guy. My luck is a little bit too good today."
Luci smirked at the now choking kidnapper. He shrugged before he walked away while whistling.
He didn't care if the man would die of choking or not. If he died it would be better for the world.
"He is indeed a bad guy so no need for mercy."
Luci could see the color of people. Green is for good people. Red is for bad people. Purple is for those who have good and bad inside them.
The lighter the purple, the closer they were to the good. And the darker the purple, the closer they were to the bad.
And the man was pure red which means he was a really bad guy. He would be more relieved if the man died from choking.
…
Luci went for a walk inside the mall near the park.
He heard a silent sound and a group of medic carrying a choking man to the hospital.
Luci saw that and couldn't help but thought.
"Bad people are harder to die than good people."
Luci acted like the choking man had nothing to do with him and he just continued walking.
He didn't worry about being caught by the police as well because in the system they would know who he was.
What they were going to do was just press more charge on the choking man. He must try to kidnap him for him to be in such a sorry state.
He walked for a while then something appeared before him.
Luci didn't seem to be surprised about what happened in front of him.
[You have been selected as a host for the "Gamer System" Please look for a place to install the system.]
Luci stopped walking and looked at the floating texts in front of him.
"This time, It's a Gamer System? Nope, I don't want it. Please go to someone else."
Luci had read many fictions to know that he would become a slave to the system if he ever accepted it.
It would drive him to work and force him to do what he didn't want to do. He chose to ignore it and went on with his day like normal.
[Please find a place to install the system as soon as possible.]
"Nope, Never."
Luci went toward a bookstore. He wanted to find something to read to pass the time.
But it seemed that his indifferent to the system made it become angry somehow.
[PLEASE FIND A PLACE TO INSTALL THE GAMER SYSTEM!]
When Luci saw the big bold text flying toward his face.
Something inside of him awakened.
"SHUT THE FUCK UP!"
Luci's eyes went red. He grabbed the floating texts before he crushed them like they were just crumbling dust.
"Don't tell me what to do, You extraterrestrial!"
With that said, The Gamer System was no more.
Luci took a deep breath.
"What actually happened to me again? Well, whatever."
Luci shook his head and then went back to find some books to read again.
He was about to buy every book he found interesting but something happened again.
[Hello]
"???"
Luci thought that it was another system that wanted to bond with him but this time it wasn't.
It was just plain hello text. He couldn't see any color from this text like he normally would when he looked into the system.
Curious Luci replied.
"Hello."
[I finally found you, my dear grandson! Lucifer's method is really working!]
"My method?"
[No, not your method but your father's method. The true Lucifer Morningstar. He told me to create systems to find you. The one that could see through them and destroy them would be the real you! Luci.]
"What the heck are you even talking about?"
Luci felt uncomfortable. Doesn't that mean this proclaimed grandpa is the one who sent systems toward him?
[Don't worry about anything sonny. I will go and find you myself.]
Luci was about to try and destroy the floating text but he couldn't do it.
Everytime he destroyed the system was when it annoyed him.
But these floating texts weren't a system to begin with so he could not do anything.
"Hello, there."
Luci was startled.
An old man just appeared before him out of thin air. He wore plain old glasses and he gave off the feeling of a happy old man that finally saw his grandson for the first time.
"So I finally found you my dear grandson. Do you have some time for this old man? Oh, by the way, My name is Stan Lee. You can just call me Grandpa if you want."
Luci looked left and right. He found that everything around him was stopped.
This old man is the real deal. He can even stop time!
