In this one month nothing particular happened and because of that Alex just only focused on the game world while the clone Alex focused on the game and tried to win as many gold coins as he could. In this one month nothing happened to earth and no portal also appeared on the earth. But as you can tell every fighter present on earth became more worried about the situation. 

They don't know what happened to the world tower and why did not the portals start to appear. Well fortunately at the same time it also gave every fighter the time to focus on their cultivation and with that already many of them became powerful.
