If there was anything they could easily identify, she doubted the killer, or killers, would have stayed so elusive for so long.

She'd never done this type of work before, so she had no experience, just pure stubbornness to power through this.

Someone in the palace did it.

Someone did it, and so there had to be evidence somewhere that they did.

Even if that evidence was them accidentally saying something while inebriated.
