Bab 181: Getting Allies

Celeste took a deep breath, steeling herself for the encounter ahead. She had never spoken to Seth before, but she knew that he was a key player in the battle against Cain, and she needed his help if they were to have any hope of stopping him.

Approaching Seth's dwelling, Celeste hesitated for a moment before knocking on the door. She could hear the sounds of movement from inside, and she braced herself for whatever reaction she might receive.

The door opened slowly, revealing Seth standing on the other side, his expression unreadable. Celeste could sense the tension in the air as she met his gaze, and she knew that she would have to tread carefully if she wanted to gain his cooperation.
