[You have four new messages]
The voice of the system sounded again in his mind, Goku began to get the idea that the voice would not leave his mind soon.
He saw letters floating in front of him as it happened this morning, unlike that time now he had three new messages that he had not read.
This morning he could not open the message because he did not know how to do it, now that he had more knowledge he decided to test against another name that he hoped would work.
'Open the message box' Goku said in his mind, he waited for a couple of seconds and finally a screen appeared showing the messages he had received accompanied by an electronic sound.
[First message: Welcome to become a player]
[This system will help with the growth of the "player" in order to become more powerful]
[Second message: Failure to follow the instructions of this system may result in a penalty]
[Your reward has been received]
[Third message: the player has unlocked the passive skill "unbreakable will" along with the active skill level 1 "divine speed"]
[Fourth message: the player has obtained a title]
[Title rank A: "He who overcame death: the player remains calm in the face of any experience of death that he suffers"]
Goku blinked his eyes trying to assimilate those messages. He rubbed his temple to try to go one by one, that would make the job easier.
'When I was about to die ... I wanted to be more powerful' Goku spoke remembering what he said on his deathbed. 'And the system responded to my wishes then?' asked the boy
What he understood is that the system would be a kind of guide so that he could become stronger, which was his desire.
At last he understood what the system was! He didn't know what person had been able to grant him something like that but he would not disappoint.
The second summarized the reason why Goku had spent four hours avoiding a mud golem, the boy knew now that he would have to complete the daily quests to avoid being penalized, win stat points to raise his statistics and level up.
He saw that there was also something there about a reward but he would leave it for later as he was so excited.
The third particularly caught his attention, he had surely received new abilities after completing the punishment quest, but he wanted to know more and expected more information from the system.
[Divine speed: the player can increase his movement speed by 25% at the cost of 20 MP by minute to maintain the ability. "Your career has made your legs quite strong"]
'Incredible, if I have seen before that I have 200 magic energy... that means that I can maintain the ability for... ten minutes!' Goku exclaimed enthusiastically.
He frowned at the latter, which meant that he acquired that ability by escaping from the golem for four long hours.
[Unyielding Will: When the player's health is below 30%, all damage taken will be halved]
'Oh, that sounds pretty good, is there no magic energy consumption for this ability ...?' Goku said to himself strangely but it was better for him.
The fourth message also seemed interesting to him, keeping calm in the face of death experiences would help him a lot in any battle.
He guessed that he acquired that either during his murder at the hands of Reynare or when the stone golem chased him into the dungeon.
Goku felt quite excited about this challenge, although the system was quite inconvenient for him, it was offering him the opportunity to become more powerful by leveling up.
His grandfather told him that "power attracted power", now that he would begin to get stronger with the help of the system, he would attract the attention of supernatural beings such as Reynare.
"Ohh!! I forgot that I had met Aika at her house" Goku exclaimed, getting up suddenly, he did not like to disappoint people, much less lie to them. "Being chased by a mud golem made me completely forget".
Goku consulted his phone and saw that it was nine o'clock at night, his time to study passed while he was in the dungeon fulfilling the punishment quest but he could study with Aika.
So he grabbed some supplies and put them in his backpack, he put on his usual dark anorak over his shirt and left his house.
With Aika.
Aika carried a tray of food from the kitchen to the living room of her apartment, where a girl of about seven years old watched television.
She was a redhead with violet eyes and hair in two tails, her face was full of disinterest except for what she saw on television.
Aika was wearing pink pajamas that glistened her narrow hips and round ass, and her hair was loose down her back.
"Natsuki your dinner!!" Aika spoke, putting the tray on the table in front of her younger sister but Natsuki was watching TV.
'Letting me see that movie was a mistake' Aika told herself sighing, from watching the movie so much she even knew the scenes by heart.
Aika saw that it was nine o'clock at night, she waited during the afternoon for Goku like an obsessive one and was disappointed to see that Goku didn't go to her house. Great, the boy was running away from her.
'I'm sure I scared him this morning' Aika cursed herself for her personality but she just couldn't help it, it was something inherent in her person.
*Ding*
Aika turned around when she heard the sound of the doorbell, she ran hoping it was Goku and so was she. The black-haired man was there.
"Hi, I'm sorry for the delay but the syst... work kept me busy" Goku spoke correcting his mistake in time... Aika would take him for a madman if he spoke to her about the system and the voice in his head.
"Don't worry, come in and settle in!" Aika didn't know why she was losing her nerves, she wanted to control the situation but it was impossible.
Goku took several steps to sit on the couch next to Natsuki, who was eating the ohagis that her sister had made for him with rice and soy sauce.
Natsuki turned and frowned when she saw that Goku had sat on her teddy bear.
"Auch!" Goku felt someone pinch his right arm, lowered his head and saw Natsuki pointing at his butt, so he got up to see what it was about and noticed that he sat on a stuffed animal. "Oh, this? it's yours?"
Natsuki quickly withdrew it from his hands leaving Goku with a bead of sweat on his temple.
"I have brought my books to study here, I have not had time to do it this afternoon I hope you do not mind..." Goku spoke and he walked towards the large table that was a few meters away.
"Don't worry, by the way we study together Goku-kun" Aika smiled as she followed the black-haired man and sat right next to her.
Goku took out the history book from her and put it on the table, Aika did the same while she did not take her eye off his and her smile was still present.
"Tell me, don't you want to have dinner Goku-kun?" Aika asked trying to start a conversation.
The truth is that she was quite hungry, the event that occurred in the dungeon had distracted him but the hunger was still there.
"Humm I really wouldn't want to abuse your hospitality Aika" said the boy scratching the back of his neck, that was something his grandfather had told him.
"Oh, we are companions you said it, how would I be able to leave you hungry knowing that I can remedy it?" asked Aika and the boy didn't know what to say. "Will you have a soda, fanta Coca-cola?".
"Water is fine" Goku replied with a calm smile and Aika got up going to the kitchen.
Natsuki looked at Goku with jealousy, why was she getting all the attention from her sister? Goku was a threat that had to be eliminated.
Goku swallowed as he felt a stabbing gaze coming from Natsuki, the night would be quite long for the boy who defeated death.
Minutes later.
Aika carried a bento tray to the dining room where Goku waited, receiving a death glare from Aika's sister Natsuki.
'She's been looking at me for ten minutes, she's scaring me a lot' Goku told himself having a chill, he didn't know what the hell he had done to Natsuki to make her look at him so murderously.
"Here you have!" Aika crooned walking from the kitchen to the dining room, the boy breathed a sigh of relief as Natsuki would finally let her look at him.
But he was wrong, Natsuki kept looking at him and more crudely because that stranger would enjoy the food that Aika had made.
'Surely my charisma stat has decreased' Goku thought lowering his shoulders, sniffed the bento in front of him and smiled.
"It smells wonderful! I did not know you were a great cook Aika..." Goku complimented with sincerity and the girl smiled at those words.
Goku was a little tired of eating in fast food places and in cans, the doctor had advised him to eat better but it was not his fault that he did not know how to cook.
He learned to hunt when his grandfather was alive because it was what they lived on in addition to cultivation, at the time he lived in the city the only option he had to hunt would be by entering the Kuoh zoo but in seconds Goku would be arrested.
"Whenever you want, I'll teach you to cook" Aika spoke with a smile as she rested her cheek on her right fist, looking seductively at the boy.
"I always accept that you don't report me for burning your kitchen" Goku mentioned remembering his attempt to put a chicken in the oven and what happened when he left it in the oven for four hours.
'Handsome and with a sense of humor, you have it all, Goku-kun...' Aika laughed as she said that inside of him, watching Goku.
Aika turned and noticed that her younger sister was looking at them with her arms crossed, the girl felt a bit uncomfortable with Natsuki looking at them.
"Natsuki-chan how about you go to sleep? Tomorrow you have to recite a poem, right?" Aika asked, using her cards to her advantage.
"Hai" Natsuki said dryly as she got up from her seat. "Good night nee-san, good night... strange-senpai" she said goodbye looking at Goku with a coldness comparable to an iceberg that made the black-haired man smile nervously.
"I'll be back in a moment Goku, I'll go tuck her in," Aika spoke up and the boy nodded, at least Natsuki would stop looking at him meanly.
Goku yawned and took the opportunity to stretch, perhaps the system has restored his fatigue but despite everything there had been many emotions in one day and he needed a lot of rest.

Author's note:
I have seen many stories where the MC adapts to the system as if he had been with it all his life, but in this story IT WILL NOT BE SO of course, I want to develop both the personality of the protagonist and his evolution with the system and his coexistence with the other characters of the work, so if this does not suit your reading tastes, you can leave and everyone is happy, right?
I hope you liked it and if it is like that add to your libraries and leave your power stones
