Bab 53: The Beginning

Darkness had set over the entire city of Gisa. It was the same story with the Golden Draconian Palace. When Hope and Drake arrived at the loggia upstairs, the first thing the woman did was light all the candles and lanterns that decorated the walls.

As the loggia was lightened as though it was daytime, Hope approached the mural painting hanging on the wall. Drake was leaning against one of the columns that supported the outer arch. With his hands crossed over his chest, he looked at the woman whose attention seemed to be focused solely on the painting.

Hope's enthusiasm was evident in her voice. "In this scene, we see how the Golden Dragon died and how her soul was divided into two. And here is the Soul Reaper, apparently the founder of the Draconian Dynasty. I found out how her story ended, but still don't know why she did it. I still don't know everything."
