Well, if Andy's Patronus Charm could be popularized, it could indeed boost the overall strength of the magic world.
A two-for-one beat down, whoever uses it will recognize the joy it brings.
Especially, dark wizards whose minds have been eroded by dark magic cannot use the Patronus charm.
If all the white wizards mastered a patronus charm like Andy's, I'm afraid those dark wizards wouldn't be able to make waves anymore.

"Well ... I see what you mean." Professor Flitwick frowned slightly.

Andy's Patronus Charm was just a magic spell.
While Obscurus was a special state of magic.

Andy suddenly had some understanding of why Harry hadn't become an Obscurial.
Although Harry had a bad time at his aunt's house, the reason he suffered cold violence was not because of the exposure of his magical abilities.
He was simply an eyesore.
So Harry didn't loathe his magical abilities, nor did he ever suppress them. He even enjoyed messing with some of the people who had bullied him with his magical abilities.
'What about the other way around?' Andy thought.
1. Happiness related to magic.
2. Inner love for your own magical ability.
3. Conscious use of it.
Andy: "..."
Isn't this a damn patronus charm?
Andy hurriedly expressed his thoughts to Professor Flitwick.
Just from the point of view of the conception conditions, the Patronus Charm and Obscurus were indeed two very opposite conditions.
Professor Flitwick nodded thoughtfully, "Mr. Collins, you have a good point. Perhaps your patronus is the ultimate form of the patronus charm."
When he said this, Professor Flitwick's eyes looked straight at Andy's fat cat patronus, "It does look very much like a magical creature."
The fat cat patronus blinked as if to prove its difference.
Andy sighed.
If the Fat Cat Patronus was the ultimate form of the Patronus Charm, then some of Andy's ideas would be impossible to realize.
Professor Flitwick continued, "Mr. Collins, you have to understand that white magic and dark magic, may have some differences in their manifestations."
Andy nodded his head, sort of accepting this statement.
Looking at the fat cat Patronus...
Although Pokémon training was also good, Andy still yearned for the Obscurus kind of increase in his own power.
Only now it seemed ... that this kind of thought was impossible to realize after all.
"It seems like I'm asking for too much," Andy said.
"This is human nature."
Professor Flitwick smiled and said, "The sense of accomplishment of improving magic through research is not something that other things can rival, so of course we will have higher expectations."
"Right!"
Professor Flitwick suddenly said, "Mr. Collins, have you ever thought of publishing your improved Patronus Charm in a professional magic spell publication?"
"How about The Future of Charms? I know their editor-in-chief."
Publish it?
Andy nodded, "Then I'll trouble Professor Flitwick."
Since he chose to reveal the Patronus Charm, then Andy naturally didn't mind publishing it in a professional book or journal.
The manuscript fee was not important.
But it was a way to gain fame.
Andy's path of magic was destined to be solitary, but as long as Andy hadn't completely disconnected from this society, some things were impossible to escape.
"No trouble, no trouble!"
Professor Flitwick said happily, "I'm very happy to be able to teach an excellent student like you."
"Well, it's almost time for class. Mr. Collins, let's go inside!"
Andy nodded and followed Professor Flitwick into the classroom.
