Bab 68: Child birth (2)

Unlike Isla's bedroom, the birthing room, where annalise stayed was not very tense. But the servants in the duchy were more anxious than ever, as the news of the two madams giving birth has spread throughout the hayes duchy.

Who would will give birth to a young master? Who will give birth to a young lady? No one knows. Only time will tell and so, none of them slept and waited for the news of gender.

Dante kept pacing outside the room. He could hear annalise painful screams and distress filled his heart that he could not do anything but wait for positive news. At the same time, his mind was also on the duchess. He was the direct cause of her early birth and now he has not idea about the health of the child.
