"Hey! Takumi-kun! Great performance on that rating game! I like the touch of dragon-shaped attacks." Serafall gave Takumi a thumbs up as he stared at her blankly, both pleasant surprise and irritation showing on his face.
"Huh, it's strange, even though I have been a devil for over a week I haven't felt the urge to break into people's houses yet. Or does that happen at the one-month mark?" Serafall sweatdropped at that, making a note to use the door next time. Or not, she wanted to keep her dramatic entrances.
"Mou~ dont be so cold Takumi-kun! Your favourite magical girl satan is here to meet you personally." Seeing him chuckle Serafall smiled to herself, she actually did like Takumi quite a bit, he resembled a male Sona that was miles more playful, and he was totally her type.
Of course that was not even in the top 5 of the reasons why she was here. But enjoying the meetings while talking to a handsome face was preferable.
Takumi shook his head fondly as he sat down on his couch and offered her the one opposite of him, making sure to "accidentally" flash her pure white panties to Takumi as she did so. Definitely advanced negotiation tactics and nothing else.
Or that's what she would say to justify it, in truth, she liked teasing others way too much. And what better way to tease people than one of the satans wearing a magical girl outfit?
She needed a hobby, and acting like a magical girl was a great way to add a little colour to her life. Plus she just liked it.
As she sat down at the same time a woman in a very fashionable suit that resembled a mix between a bartender and butler with a mask on her face, she put the tea on the table before moving behind Takumi wordlessly. Taking a sip of her tea Serafall spoke.
"Mmm~ this tea is rather nice. Also who is she Takumi-kun? Your new maid?"
"Not really, she is C-1, my first combat model homunculi. She should be around as strong as a Middle-Class Devil." Hearing his words Serafall's eyes widened, he could already make homunculi that strong? Homunculi themselves were not really something of note, most alchemists could make them. But they were either completely independent people or barely intelligent meat puppets. Not like the one that Takumi seemed to have by his side.
His raw talent and the speed at which he started realizing that was terrifying. And unlike Ajuka who was an aloof genius who barely cared about anything not involved in Artificing Takumi was different, he had the light of ambition in his eyes.
She genuinely was afraid of a scenario in which the Old Satan Faction got their paws on him.
"Wow~ that's very impressive Takumi-kun! You are sure moving up the ladder rather fast." He nodded, he was also a rather prideful individual if his example of Riser wasn't enough. While that was not a bad trait to have it makes things harder.
"Sure is, anyway, what is your real reason for coming here Lady Leviathan? I assume it's related to the Rating Game yesterday." Takumi said, getting into the real crux of the matter as Serfall was forced to drop her persona slightly and get serious.
"Yep, you left a really~ big mess yesterday yknow? I think I heard Sirzechs sobbing from the work you caused him. Was it really necessary to antagonize the Phenex like that?"
After what Takumi had done it had certainly been a mess and a half.
As one might expect the Phenex were less than happy when they saw their darling boy Riser getting beaten horribly out of the blue. And they were even less happy when the third son of the Phenex family was sealed and they missed their chance to acquire the Bael bloodline into their family.
It initially wasn't as bad since they thought that Ajuka simply could unseal their son or Riser could break out of it himself but that hope was crushed when they brought the crystal to Ajuka who after looking at it for it for approximately 30 seconds gave his verdict.
'I don't have the time to break these seals. Also, don't try to break them yourselves. You will probably kill him. I'm going back to my lab.'
Serafall knew Ajuka very well, and that was not a simple dismissal. Even Ajuka of all people would still spend some effort to unseal the son of one of the pillar families.
No, Ajuka meant that it would take too much effort to unseal Riser safely. Which meant Takumi was way more capable than anyone first thought.
And then after, seeing that Ajuka was of no help lord Phenex who looked apoleptic started demanding and entering heated discussions with Sirzechs(Takumi was now a devil and thus is Internal Affairs thankfully) that she was pretty sure was still ongoing. It caused also a massive conflict between the Phenex and Gremory family as their heiress not only spat in the face of the Phenex family basically but also caused their third son to get sealed.
Takumi just shrugged with a shit-eating grin while sipping on his tea. He looked completely unbothered.
"Well, they made my Rias sad and he insulted me. The price for stupidity is a rather steep one. Am I right in assuming you are going to ask me how to dissolve the seal?" Serafall nodded and flashed Takumi a thumbs up.
"Yep! You know me well! They were really whiny."
Takumi chuckled and simply shrugged his shoulders.
"Well, they can eat shit. If they want me to bail out their waste of space they should come themselves and ask politely and make it worth my time and I may unseal him instead of not even bothering to come personally and act like I am not worth their time.
Otherwise, they can just wait it out I suppose, depending on how resilient Riser is it ranges from a few years to the heat death of the universe." Takumi chuckled darkly and frankly, hotly as he thought as Serafall sweatdropped.
Against a prideful pillar family, asking them to go personally and apologize was not something that would ever happen. And seeing the hot dark scheming look in Takumi's eyes she knew that he knew that and he was probably even betting on it.
Serafall shrugged her shoulders.
"Alright then, I can say I tried now. Time for what I actually came for." It wasn't her job to handle this, she was only asking to humour the Phenex family, this was Sirzech's slop to handle she already had plenty of trouble in her hands already thanks to the peace negotiations.
She was pretty sure Sirzechs was not going to have any measure of fun having to deal with both the Phenex family and his own family accusing him of tampering in the marriage due to reincarnating Takumi.
Again, internal affairs, not her business. But the moment the Phenex family tried to do something to Takumi it would be. Takumi was way too valuable.
"You see Takumi-kun, I heard you were making potions and I wanted to hear more about them, and perhaps if you were intending to start a business in the underworld. I could definitely help with that."
Serafall knew Takumi's type, you cannot try to control them, the more you tried to use a stricter hand the harder they would bite back. Conversely cooperating and establishing good relations always paid off.
Why was she of all people making this deal with him instead of Sirzechs? Because Satans were not blind, it was clear as day that Takumi had less than zero loyalty to the underworld so she would be the best one to lead negotiations. And she was the one who had the best rapport with him considering how awkward Sirzechs acted whenever he was mentioned.
"Maybe I am, I recently started work on mass production, I can readily supply Health, Stamina and Mana recovery. Cure Disease is also less so but still good. Strength, Agility, Mana, Magic power-boosting potions, even purely cosmetic ones since they seem like they will probably sell well in a society of Devils. But I am already thinking of expanding my deal with Azazel so I am not desperate."
Serafall needed a second to fully comprehend what was said. She had really underestimated him, Azazel had mentioned his potion business but this was another level. This could shake up things fundamentally.
He really was an Alchemist Ajuka. Or even better than him, considering it took Ajuka several hundred years to reach this point while it took Takumi less than one. It was truly mind-boggling just how absurdly fast Takumi was climbing.
"Well, what would you need or want to expand your business into the underworld? Don't worry, anything you need this big sister can take care of for you! You can depend on me!" Serafall meant it, even excluding his immense political importance Takumi was actually likeable to her, he reminded her of her Sona-tan slightly which flared up her big sister instincts a little.
"You really are dependable, big sister huh? Should I just call you Sera-nee then? Bwuh-!?" Takumi's words were cut off as Serafall suddenly sat up and grabbed him by the cheeks and looked deep into his eyes with a flush and heavy breath.
"Hey, Takumi-kun. Could you say that again?" Serafall asked, no, demanded with hot breath as Takumi sweat bullets.
"S-Sera-nee?" Takumi at this moment was slightly afraid for his life, like a lamb in front of a salivating wolf.
Hearing those words come out of the handsome, roughish, cool and intelligent young devil that she fancied awakened something within her. She always wanted to pamper Sona but she always kept her at arm's length, and now seeing a young devil that checked all of her boxes calling her that teasingly had awakened something... dangerous in her.
Hearing the words again Serafall nodded.
"Yep, great. You should keep calling me Sera-nee, Taku-kun. You just say what you need and Sera-nee will arrange it for you" Takumi was taken aback but still managed to wrestle some composure back into his mind.
"Okay...? First of all, I will need at least a sizable plot of land in preferably the capital of the underworld or at least close to it. Also, I want full control over what I do and don't sell, I do not want Satans directly interfering in my business. Other than that I will also need some space to set up a base in the underworld. We could probably flesh out the other details once those are met"
Serafall nodded enthusiastically.
"Well, that's easier than I expected. Ajuka is the one who rules Lilith and he is already plenty interested in you, I think he would appreciate your store being close so that's easy. Just send me the locations you are thinking of and I will try to arrange them for you." Serafall stated like a reliable older sister as Takumi nodded, not knowing whether he should state his original request after seeing Serafall like that he decided to bite the bullet.
"One last thing I need in exchange, well more like a request really. Sera...nee I need your help in getting some alchemical materials, namely your breast milk."
Serafall froze.
"Eh?"
A/N: Serafall is rather impulsive and free-spirited while being competent. And now she has developed a big sister kink thanks to Takumi's lighthearted teasing and her being a centuries-old virgin, Takumi may get way more than he bargained for out of this. DxD logic will always have its way no matter how Takumi fights it.
Also, Takumi is finally starting to expand into the underworld. I am sure pissing off the Phenex family so badly will definitely have no consequences whatsoever, especially when he expands into their business and kills their monopoly too. None.
