Bab 211: Thankful to be alive

"I think we should go home first and come back later. I don't want your body to shut down because of exhaustion. You already had been through enough." Raf encouraged her to take a rest.

Although he also felt apprehensive about Brad's condition, he also worries about Sabrina's condition. He knew that she had just gone through a lot, and she needed time to recover from the trauma and exhaustion. 

But she was refusing to do so because of her guilt about what happened to Brad. They both awed Brad her life. If he did not put his body as a shield to protect Sabrina, the bullet would surely hit Sabrina. 

She would be the one lying on that operating table, fighting for her life, or worse, she could be dead by now. He would do anything for Brad too, but for now, his concern was for Sabrina's well-being.

"Can we at least wait until the operation is over? Promise, we will go home." Sabrina pleaded with her eyes.
