Bab 124: Collision

Though the dozens of pirates aboard the Marial saw the effects of Drull's one successful hit and wanted to cheer, the sound of several cannon fire from the frigate which now had over half of its canon pointed at them sent everyone silent and trying to hide themselves as best as possible.

"Men take cover."

During the several hours of pursuit, everyone had been filled with unhappiness at the delay, but now as a stream of thick balls made of iron rained on the Marial, looks of terror appeared on everyone's face and it lasted till the rain of cannon balls was over.

"The cowardly men have made their move, now it's time for us to make ours.

Prepare to board the ship after impact" Captain Rollin said just as the cannon fire ended, his figure standing firm by the helm having never left, the man not the least perturbed by the cannonball that was embedded on the floor just beside him.
