Kate finished her business and then freshened up in the restroom mirror. Today was exhausting, but she was satisfied that she finally got the wedding dress she wanted. 

Lord George told her that she could use the dressmaker who had been working with the Duchy for generations, but that would ruin the surprise because Henry would definitely ask about the details of her dress and jewelry.

So she went with Chloe instead.

As Kate finished her touch-up, she walked out of the restroom and saw a man wearing a hoodie, looking down at his phone while leaning on the wall in the corridor.

He looked suspicious, but Kate tried to ignore him and walked past him.

Unfortunately, the moment she passed him, the man grabbed her arm tightly and pushed her to the wall.

Kate gasped, and after she realized what would happen, she opened her mouth, ready to scream.

The man quickly covered her mouth and pulled out his hoodie, "Relax, Katherine. It's me…"
