Bab 42: Messed up relations

Erin felt guilty seeing his family so happy to see him after four years. Although he kept in touch as much as possible. He was never convinced to come home all those times. And he regrets it now.

If he had only known that he'd meet someone like Marc. He wouldn't be as stubborn to meet his sister and Lucas again.

But has he really gotten over his feelings for Lucas? Right now, he still can't look at his sister thinking about the time that he cried for his first love.

"Didn't you like the food that I prepared?" Rin asked him. Noticing suddenly how he was spacing out. "Would like me to cook something else for you?"

Even their parents seemed bothered by his silence since coming home.

"I'm fine, really." he tried smiling as bright as before he left the house. "I'm just thinking about the projects I left behind at school." Since when has he been so good at lying with everyone?
