Bab 123: A Visitor Or..

Calista was so busy with her acting but even with that, she got worried when she couldn't reach Kyle. There was no way she could and tried visiting him but there was no one home.

This made her restless and it began to affect her job because she couldn't take her mind off him.

"Where are you, Kyle!?" Calista muttered under her breath with her phone in hand.

She was reckless and couldn't believe that she hadn't heard from Kyle for some time now.

She began to question if he had ghosted her, that was the only logical explanation for something this drastic to happen.

Calista hated how affected she was by this but it wasn't in her place to make a scene.

This was always a possibility, she knew that it would happen sooner or later but she got ahead of herself and began to get too comfortable.

This was why she kept it simple but Kyle had managed to break through her defense.

In the end, she wasn't surprised that this was the result.
