When Emperor Paddu arrived at the Imperial Palace, the place was already in complete chaos. The armory that had been frozen was like being covered in eternal ice. Not only that, all police posts and military unit camps were inaccessible and in suspended animation. 

"What the hell? I only left the palace for a few days, trapped in the Landlord-Vlak mountains full of beasts. So what do I get as a welcome? How unexpected!" shouted Emperor Paddu with bloodshot eyes. 

"Our apologies, Your Majesty." The Chief Knight of the Imperial Palace knelt begging for mercy. 

"Unforgivable. Who attacked my palace?" 

"They are from Planet Eden and Planet Titan 13." 

"Titans 13? Wasn't that planet destroyed 3 years ago?"
