A pedestrian is enjoying his morning by breathing the cool air of a city park. Just then the sound of an explosion was heard not far from where the pedestrian was standing. Several elementary school children who were playing soccer had to run into the school building after the sound of an alarm siren.

The atmosphere that was originally busy with each other's activities turned rowdy and disorderly.

Elsewhere, the people's council meeting is busy discussing the election issue which is still a long way from being held.

"In planning for next year's elections, we propose to make several ultimatums to the old mayor. They cannot remain silent while social inequality continues to soar. Are you interested in becoming a candidate for the new mayor?" a well-dressed middle-aged man stands up from his chair in a rally.
