  Like herself, Clete also preferred to work behind the scenes rather than face arrogant people who pretended to be rich and pretended to have power. Clete hated that sort of thing, except with Prince Hector. 

  That man was too dear to pass up without making use of all the inherent qualities of a Prince of the galaxy's most influential Empire. Clete knew very well what she had to do to help Miss Elle. Namely taking advantage of all things Prince Hector.
