Bab 632: Syriah

Under some odd sort of forced coercion, the Overseers vanished from their locations, finding themselves a large distance away from their representatives. Even if they wanted to take action to protect them, they would no longer dare to. 

The banquet fell into an uneasy silence for a moment, a tension slowly building. 

Ryu stood amidst it all indifferently. His gaze scanned the arena, the banquet and the podium. But, he only confirmed what he had already guessed long ago. Elena wasn't here. Or, more accurately, she wasn't here yet. It was clear by the fact that there was a only a single existence at the level of King Adonis here made that obvious. For such an important event, there was no way most of them wouldn't be present. 

BANG!

As Ryu's mind was on other things, a blazing aura suddenly tore a path toward him. The result was the shock of most that were here.
