Bab 455: Seal

Ryu felt his pupils pulsing. Compared to the past, he had shattered through many more seals. In fact, both Elena and Ailsa's Primordial Yins were still coursing through his body. He had been planning on continuing to dual cultivate with Ailsa so that he could resolve all of the energy. But now that this had happened, he no longer had the chance to. 

Ryu's comprehension of the human body wasn't shallow. After all, he was responsible for a lot of his parent's improvements during his life time. His research was especially focused on the Spiritual Foundation for obvious reasons. 

Though he never managed to fix his False Spiritual Foundation, he did manage to find several methods to improve normal Spiritual Foundations despite the fact that such a thing should have been impossible.
