Bab 17: Chapter 17: The Reckoning
The Black Snake had been laying low for a few weeks, regrouping and recuperating after the latest government crackdown. But Marcus knew that they couldn't stay hidden forever. They had to keep moving, keep pushing forward, keep fighting for what they believed in.
And then, one day, Marcus received a message from an unexpected source. It was from someone within the government, someone who claimed to be sympathetic to their cause.
