Chapter 29: Time
Time...
What is time really?
For a lot of people, it means a lot of things.
It could be that clock on the wall. It could be he sun that passes the day. Or it could be the seasons and years going by.
But all of these in the end mean one thing.
Change.
Time is an abstract concept that is used to measure change. When the sun rise from the east and sets in the west, a change occurs and a we called it a day. When we noticed that the sun took 365 days to go around the sun, we called that a year.
For many things, change could eight be slowed down or hastened. Like how certain minerals could increase the growth rate of plants. Like how a person's aging could be slowed down with a good physical fitness.
But this form of hastening and slowing down is only considered to be physical changing. Making the earth move faster soul not be considered time altering now would It? So if one wanted to alter change, one would need to see deeper to what allows change to occur.
If one was to be able to look closely, one would notice that in the world, there exist a certain film. This film is what facilitates reality and all existence of the world. Without It, nothing would be able to exist.
This film is called by many names, but there is a name that appears more times that others.
Space.
Yes, space fills all things around, nothing exists without It. It acts a lot more like water. In fact, in many cases, it really seems similar to water.
And this is one of those cases. In water, depending on where you are, there is different levels of pressure on all its organisms. The deeper you are, the higher the pressure. The higher the pressure the harder it is to move.
He same could be said for space, only its pressure does not crush all things in existance. It instead makes changes to occur slowr. The higher the space pressure the slower the rate of chnage. When it is lighter, the rate increases.
As such, i one ever truly wishes to accelerate or slow down time, is to input energy it space nodes and forcibly male them vibrate. And if one what's to make them move slower, they need to do the same, only this time they would instead try to keep space in order.

'7% completed,' Zenn thought.
After spending many hours trying to understand the time knowledge in his head, Zenn finally decided to take a break.
He stood up from the ground covered in many different letters and headed to the nearby forest. Well, calling it a forest is a bit exaggerated as there is less than twenty trees in total. Bit Zenn still like to call it a forest as he did not have a at her name for it.
In less than a minute, he reached the little forest. In the middle of the forest, Zenn saw the two goblins sitting together. In between them was a fire.
For a moment, Zenn could not help but look at the littel fire below. This was because this was the smallest fire Zenn had ever seen. Yes, one could argue that they had seen small ambers, but truth is, none of all that could come come close to what Zenn was seeing. This was because although the fire was very small, it did not seem to act like a small fire. It raged and burned as though it was normal sized fire. One could see it's flicker and cracking which could only be seen usually in large fires.
In the end, Zenn's gaze did not linger for far too long on the fire. This was because he has been in this world for a long time. After a few day of living in this world, he has noticed some things.
If the sand particles being very small was not a good enough indication, then surely the fact that the rocks Zenn previously threw at komoru exploded in bits was clear as day. So at some point he reached a conclusion: the whole world has been shrunk. Simillar to how he was able to increased and text ad the size of objects Zenn believed someone has done the same to this world. Although his power could be able to shrink the whole world, Zenn believes that the guardian before him or his so called ancestor could have.
That was why he was able to just dig his hands into the soil as though it was butter when he tried to take the god's hammer.
Thinking of the god's hammer, Zenn looked not too far from the sitting goblins. There was a very small hammer that he could barely spot die to the reflected light of the fire on its metallic form.
After failing to properly lift up he hammer, Zenn opted to just use other materials to to lift instead. All he need was a patch of hard soil and he was able to lift it without much trouble. In the end, he dropped the hammer in the forest.
There were many reasons why Zenn too the hammer with him. One of the obvious ones being that he wanted to see if he could wield it like komoru, but he so far had no luck.
The second reason was because Zenn was being cautious. The corpses in the mountain had just mysteriously disappeared. Zenn was not sure why they disappeared. Maybe it was because controlled corpses disappear after they lost their master.
Or maybe their master had not died...
After all, although Zenn had hit komoru with that rock, he had not gone closer to check if he truly died. But this possibility seemed small to him to two main reason.
One, there was no footprints so the corpses could not have left on their own. And two, the god's hammer was not taken. If komoru was to leave, surely he would not leave the hammer right?
But even so, Zenn decided to take the hammer in case there was a hidden danger lurking around.
The other reason he took the hammer of course was for testing...
