Bab 64: "Larissa Mutya?"

"Why are none of us pursuing the dream we had in high school?"

Larissa scratched her head while she thought about their old selves.

In high school, they had already chosen what kind of future they wanted to achieve. Larissa studied sports, and Jerrod studied music, but none of what they dreamed of happened—even for Jerrod, who had his wealth and wide connections.

  "Dalia was doing ballet before, right? How do you know I'll know her?"

"Because you're a player on the team she's a fan of?" Jerrod inadvertently sighed while he remembered the boss he had been working for so long as he added, "She hangs a huge group picture of your team in her office."

"Do you mean the new team's group picture?" She corrected Jerrod's words because it was not "her" team anymore. She left, but that didn't mean her team's world would stop. Of course, she is replaceable, and the team continued to fight games while she fought in court.
