I'll kill him with my bare hands, I think to myself as I kick off the streets. The ground crunches beneath the soles of my sneakers with every step as I run after Neil—the motherfucker who maltreated Riri down at the dungeon that time she was taken. He's one of my father's men and also my brother's ally. And I'm about to break his bones when I catch him.

I was working on an art installation when I received a call from Jax. We got a tip from a drifter—a homeless person—near the bridge on our turf, saying that he saw Neil entering a small bar. That was nearly half an hour ago. Jax fetched me in his car from the site and we sped through the streets.

Neil spotted us when we got to the bar, recognizing us in our technical outfit, so now we're chasing him down the alleys. The hood whips off my head as I dash, leaving my cap and my mask the only things covering my face.
