Although Liu Shiqing is said to be the sole investor of Galaxy Industry, in reality, in some of the subsidiaries, Liu Shiqing does not hold a 100% stake. Galaxy Investment is an example and the Hualiang Group holds nearly 23% of the shares. Galaxy Machine Tool has a 1% stake held by Wuling City State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. Additionally, in some of the construction waste processing plants established around the country, Galaxy Industry does not hold a majority stake. Within Galaxy Simulation, Liang Hui and his friends hold together 1% of the equity shares. This is a concession Liu Shiqing made in order to retain this team of technically skilled staff.
