Bab 2: The Simp
Love is a very beautiful feeling in this entire world which makes two people to come closer to each other and then live their lives together.
Love is a two way connection between two souls and bodies which make them feel as if they have became one together.
The more two people fall in love with each other, the more they began to feel each other by their sides when they think about their respective partners.
In the old times people have crossed many hurdles and problems just to see the a small glimpse of their loved ones.
In that time the Love used to be very pure as the air and water which had no impurities or bad things in it.
But with the changing time and growing lives and living standards, Love has become a fading shadow which now only has a small part of it remaining in this world.
The love which many people once considered as a very pure thing has now became a product in the market which just sees the heavy purse of a man.
The heavier the purse of the man is with money, the more love and lover that man can get and in this world the people who believes in true love has been labeled as Simps.
And to be honest, there is no wrong in naming such people as Simps because even after knowing that their partner is just taking advantage of their partners love to get more money and high living standard things for themselves.
But in this generation of situationships and casual multiple dating partners culture, there is one guy who truly believes in the true love and he pursues this true love for himself.
This gentleman is Jayden Smith, a young man with a very promising future and also a very hardworking guy who wants to make his girlfriend of three years, Alice very happy.
He works at multiple part time job along with his studies to fulfill the demand of his girlfriend without thinking about himself.
He has pursued many girls only to find one true love for himself and in this pursuit of his he has been rejected by many girls but finally he met Alice with whom he felt that she is the one for him and she also agreed to be his girlfriend.
And today marks the three years anniversary of their dating life and for this occasion, Alice has told Jayden to give him brand new IPhone 15 Pro Max.
And this poor soul blinded by love agreed to fulfill this demand of her and for this he has pulling off many all night workings to gather the money for this.
And finally after all of his hardwork, he has bought the phone which Alice wanted and now wrapping the box of the phone in a beautiful gift wrap that has many small hearts on it, Jayden is going to meet his girl.
University of California, LA, Main Campus
After buying the phone, Jayden came straight to his University campus where Alice had told him to meet her.
With a very big and bright smile Jayden entered the campus while running to meet his girlfriend and soon he saw her standing in front of a fountain like a beautiful flower.
For Jayden, everyone else are not present at that scene and only Alice is the person standing there watching her watch. She is dressed in a blue gown with her black hairs flowing down straight towards her waist and her well proportioned body is being hugged perfectly in that dress.
Soon Jayden reach near her with the gift in his hands without huffing or puffing, with a smile and his heart beating faster than ever, he tapped lightly on the shoulder of Alice which made her turn and look at him.
Looking at the beautiful face of Alice, Jayden for a moment forgot everything that is happening around him and then coming out of it, he said, "Alice here is the gift that you have always wanted."
He extended the gift towards Alice and Alice took the gift from his hand which made Jayden very happy but then on the next moment with a very serious face, Alice threw that gift on the ground.
Alice: "Jayden let's break up."
These words of Alice struck in the heart of Jayden like a bolt of lightening that fall straight from the sky.
Jayden: "You are joking, right ?"
Alice: "I don't want to drag this any longer. This is not working out between us. You are not that man who can give me the things that I want in my life."
Jayden became very speechless after hearing these words of Alice and he still thought that she is kidding with him.
Jayden: "I know it. You are making a prank on me. Correct ? It is for that famous campus prank club right ? Tell me where is the camera ? Where are the other members ? Tell me."
Jayden has began to fanatically search for the camera and prank club members who are not there but this search of his has brought the attention of the entire students on him who are now watching everything just like a movie.
Jayden: "Tell me Alice that you are pranking on me ?"
Alice: "Jayden come out of your imagination. This no joke here. I am serious. I. AM. BREAKING. UP. WITH. YOU."
Seeing her serious face and hearing her serious tone, Jayden felt that his heart has been sliced into multiple pieces with continuous lightening strikes falling on his heart.
For Jayden it felt to him that his entire world is falling apart with no one to help him to prevent this and build back the fallen pieces.
Soon Jayden held the hands of Alice with tears formed in his eyes as he looked at her with a very saddening look and said to her, "Baby tell me where I am lacking ? I promise I will work hard on that to be good for your."
Hearing his words, a disgust look appeared on her face and then she said, "Lacking ? Work on it ? In your wildest of dreams you can never do that. Because the thing you lack is money."
Removing her hands from his hand, she continued, "You are a just poor beggar who can't even afford a proper meal for one time per day. You can't even afford to buy a 10,000 dollars designer bag for me. You are just poor that's where you lacking. You can't give me the life that I want for myself. I want to live a lavish villa, ride the most expensive Bugatti. I want to eat expensive foods at expensive places. I want to travel around the world in my own private jet and more importantly I want money. And you poor beggar can't have that money which I want in life. So get lost."
These words of Alice were more harsh than any truth. These words of Alice were sharp than any sharp edged sword, knife or any other weapon that just killed the soul and heart of Jayden.
And hearing these words and feeling his heart dead, Jayden fall on the ground on his knees with tears that was in his eyes are now flowing out of his eyes.
Random Students: "Hey isn't that the famous simp of our campus ? Yes it looks like another one of his simped girl showed him his truth. He is just a poor beggar and tries to date a girl with no money in his hand. Hahahahaa.... petty poor beggar... petty poor beggar..."
The students who are standing around both of them ans was watching this thing began to mock, taunt and laugh at Jayden.
The reason for all this to happen with Jayden was that he was poor. This man, Jayden is more rich than anyone by his heart but due to his social status, he became the laughing stock for all of them.
"Honk... honk... honk..."
Soon a car honked it's car as it made it's way through the students standing straight towards the mean Alice.
Seeing the car Alice became very happy and immediately ran towards that car which is a very luxurious sports car.
Soon the glass of the car's door got wind down from inside it a man in his early thirties looked out and called out to Alice.
And hearing his call, Alice also moved close to him and then both of them with a very mean smile looked at Jayden who is on his knees with a feeling of being dejected, defeated and heartbroken.
Allen: "Boy this is what you are and this is what you get for being poor. You get played on. You are meant to be a joker who is here on this world for others entertainment and laugh."
Alice: "Yes Master Allen is correct. You are just joker. You are just a loser. A poor pathetic joker loser."
Allen: "Babe get in the car. We are going on shopping spree today."
Alice: "Yes Master Allen I am coming right away."
Alice sat down right next to Allen and then both of them left the university campus while they were leaving both of them once again mocked Jayden and after them the students also mocked Jayden.
But then... thunders began to crackle in the sky and the sky began to pour down rain on Earth. This made all of the other students to ran away from the rain but Jayden still remained at that place kneeling on his knees and looking at the gift which Alice had threw on the ground.
Looking at the gift, Jayden began to remember the life he had lived till now without thinking about himself, his health and working hard four to five part time works to fulfill every wish of Alice.
But then he realized that the only thing that matters in this world the most is MONEY.
