As they reached the next floor, it didn't take long to find Shingi's companions. The environment this time was a bare plain, with tall grass reaching over Shingi's knees. Still, they quickly found them since they had Soren, who could detect their aura from miles away.

The monsters on this floor were similar to the last, meaning they were monstrosities of various beasts. But the modifications and intelligence of those beasts were at another level. Even the weakest of the monsters was as powerful as the weakest form of the Manticore Boss on the last floor.

Still, the comparison was in stats, as the Manticore had the advantage of more Skills, making it more of a challenge to face.
