I like this fic but it's very fast paced and lack of interaction between the characters
it's very dull, and barely anything about making/producing movies. Just a bunch of name drops and Box Office stats. No story at all.
story is very dull, name dropping here and there, the translation is good and the update is fast enough. just too boring for me others may enjoyed it but it's not for me.
The story is beautiful and enjoyable to read. There is a lot of interesting information about various film and Wall Street companies! The only flaw in the translation is the MC's excessive desire to capture all the pokemon... um women. Overall it is a good story, with crazy updates (even 20-30 chapters a day!!)
Well it's okay to read but it lacks the soul of the storry and details. Almost every action that is not metting and talking for 2 min is skipped so every detail of a scene is ruined. If you got nothing to read go ahead and turn your brain off for this one.
James wan is Malaysian but bro repeatedly said that he is Chinese/ Chinese born in Malaysia even in front of him.ang Lee is Taiwanese,there gov. Can't tolerate each other but he always said that he is Chinese in front of him.if someone says to a Chinese that you are a japanese born in china what would they feel๐๐.google, YouTube ,twitter etc ban in China not in Taiwan and Malaysia. They are not brainwashed and brain dead.I read many Hollywood novel every author says that ang lee and James wan are Chinese. Bro China and Malaysia are two separate country. Because of translator I'll give a good review.

I had a hard time finishing it, especially the last 300 chapters!! --> conversation with a girl --> politics ---> sports (the order is not important) the chapters consisted only of this and it was difficult to read. Towards the end there was a confrontation against "African Americans", Jews (many), LGBT and everything that, in the author's opinion, is unnecessary in Hollywood. The translation is excellent! The beginning was interesting.
Really enjoyed reading this. Usually I lose interest in this kinds of novel fastly but it pulled me thorugh to the end. I liked how the mc went from a small film producer to hollywood giant. I loved his journey and how the translator presented it. I am looking forward to more of his works

Man, this is a Hidden Gem. Never expected a CN translation to be this good. Imo it's better than many books of the same genre which includes - I'm really a Superstar, Versatile Superstar, Hollywood King, Hollywood Head-hunting, Hollywood: Dreams of Stardom etc. Though there are certain elements which specific groups may not like (Harem). The Interaction also feels a bit lifeless, a trademark characteristics of CN so no surprises there. But still it is one of the best books for me. And tranlator-san you don't want to drop this book, Believe me!!

All the major subplots I removed from the original novel: 1. After buying LV shares, remove all China-aggressive people from brand ambassador posts such as Sharon Stone, George Clooney etc. And ban then from any luxury brands associated with LV. 2. Banning multiple stars because they made some comments against China or in support of other countries such as South Korea, Japan, etc. 3. Teaching lessons for all small characters such as actors, producers, local chaebols etc. who looked at his women. 4. Creating a big fire accident in Tokyo with the help of US army because there was an argument with China regarding the nuclear waste. 5. Because of anti-China remarks, kill the career of few people such as Richard Gere, Sharon Stone, George Clooney, etc. For Richard Gere, MC sent him to jail, then made him sell all his properties, sent to make to adult films. The same with Sharon Stone. 6. Make all South Korea and Japan chaebols and government beg him for his forgiveness and give him all their shares in companies. 7. Block all politicians who are against China such as Harry Reid, who made a comment against Shanghai Universal/Disney resort. There are other small sub plots I removed as well. And I have removed some content while the MC is travelling in Asia, mostly having fun with all the female celebrities in Korea and Japan.
