Lucien was in a daze. His glazed eyes that did not reflect anything except Den's face make Aiden so excited. 

His adam's apple throbbed and, without being able to control himself, he kissed Lucien on his cheek. 

Alicia cleverly looked away in time. 

She stared at her flimsy slender fingers and sighed. She haven't recovered her past strength. Because her soul had just been freed and merged into this new body, it took a little while to get full control...

But her fighting strength, agility, and stamina... They were all gone.

Alicia glanced at the human turned monsters and the parasitic red squirmy blob that fed on it. 

Her gaze became dazed as she remembered the first time she encountered monsters in the lab. Her frail fingers had distinct strength, she could actually squeeze their meat and blood and feed on them.

Gaining incredible strength.

Remembering this, her eyes lit up.
