Bab 314: Gratitude

It has been six months since Eros disappeared. Selene tried her best to continue her life without Eros for the sake of their child. The small bump on her tummy could now be seen.

She was standing on the balcony, rubbing her stomach as she waited for Samantha and Alexa. Her two friends would accompany her to her doctor for her regular check-up.

There was a missing piece in her heart since Eros disappeared but he left something precious– their child.

Selene could no longer see Azrael. Her ability to see grim reapers and cupids disappeared because of Sienna. The mother angel of cupids sealed her ability. She also wanted to erase Selene's memories about Eros but she refused.

She didn't want to forget Eros, the father of her child and the love of her life.

"I will try to live happily because this is what your father wanted…" Selene mumbled, talking to her baby inside her womb.
