Princess Qingping, along with Duanhua, went to the palace after hearing that the Emperor was in Xianfei Palace and went directly to find him.

The Emperor was having a meal in Xianfei Palace. Upon being informed that Qingping mother and daughter had entered the palace, he was surprised and chuckled to Xianfei, "I haven't seen Duanhua make a fuss in front of me for some time. Even Qingping hasn't come to bother me in the palace because Duanhua has stopped. Why are they here when it's already late?"

Xianfei smiled back, "Your Majesty might not know this. Duanhua had been following Zhou Gu to Jiangning County and not in Beijing for quite some time. Isn't she not bothering you anymore? It seems she is back now."

The Emperor paused, "Really? What was Zhou Gu doing in Jiangning County?"
