Bab 54: Gullible Mrs Gwen Morgan

A lot had taken place in Jerry's life over the last seventy-two hours since Amelia's reappearance. Not only was he about to lose everything he had toiled for in the past five years, but his family was also about to lose their company and possibly their lives if their secret was exposed.

After going through the contents of the brown envelope Amelia gave him the previous day, Jerry hadn't been himself.

A chapter of his life and that of his family which had been jealously guarded and hidden for decades was about to be exposed by his vengeful ex-wife.

Jerry had no clue how Amelia got hold of those pictures and information she gave him. She never struck him as the kind of lady who would dare to get herself involved in the treacherous underworld business dealings. She was too fragile and decent for that kind of life.
