With Mexa and the other insect empresses surrounding him, Lin Yuan arrived at the entrance of the Demon Insect Palace.

He took out the Spinning Chrysalis and instructed Mexa to protect it before he left it at the entrance of the palace.

Soon after, the Spinning Chrysalis rooted itself in the alien insect world's ground. Then, a fuzzy carpet of fungi appeared below it and began spreading outward. The alien insects that made contact with the fungi swiftly fell under the Spinning Chrysalis' control.
