Selena Flores had always had a regular routine, but she stayed up late that night.

Asher Harrington didn't wake her up in the morning, and she got up late, but she still didn't call in sick and struggled to get ready for work.

Asher Harrington didn't want her to go, but he couldn't persuade her otherwise, so with a face showing lack of sleep, he had to get up and take her to the Museum Village.

She ran into Rae Bennett at the entrance of the Mourning Hall. Rae had rushed over from Osla in the morning, but traffic was so heavy that, despite her hurry, she was still late.

Rae was holding a bottle of milk, smiling sweetly, "Good morning."

"Morning."

Rae glanced at the time, "Seems it's not so early anymore."

Selena laughed; indeed it wasn't, it was almost ten.

The two walked side by side.

"Want some bread? I can't finish it all by myself." Rae carried a bag of bread; Wyatt Wright had bought her too much.

Selena nodded, and Rae happily shared half with her.
