The next morning, Miss Charlotte Watson accompanied Khalil Wright to buy groceries and ran into Iris Myers and Madam Kayley in the Residential Area.

The three ladies walked and talked together, starting from yesterday's mahjong game to Madam Curran and Walter Allen, and then the conversation turned to the social status of women in today's era.

Adding Khalil, who was a backdrop to the scenery, the four of them waited for the elevator together.

The topic shifted from women's social status to what to have for breakfast that morning.

Iris Myers and Miss Watson were carrying bags with the same logo.

"I bought fried dough sticks from this place too."

Miss Watson asked, "Have you tried their Fried dumplings?"

"Not yet," said Iris Myers. "It's my first time visiting."

"You should try next time, their Fried dumplings are quite nice."

Madam Iris Myers was successfully tempted.

The elevator arrived.
