Bab 165: The Snow Lotus of Han is not your enemy

At the end of the appraisal dance, Chi Cheng and Han Xuelian bowed four times before Xuanbing. Paying their respects and reciting a few traditional vows, the Guardian Deity decreed that he was pleased with their performance.

Chi Cheng eagerly wrapped his arms around the Grandmaster's neck, pouncing on the older male which resulted in the both of them falling. Han Xuelian's rear hit the ice rink first while Chi Cheng was cushioned by his iron forged body.

Han Xuelian's silver circlet around his forehead became crooked and out of place while the curly strands of his hair fell over his eyes. Chi Cheng burst into mirthful laughter, clutching his midsection while he sat astride the Grandmaster's waist.

Sheer flabbergastion. There was no other word to describe how Han Xuelian felt witnessing such an exuberant laugh and joyous smile on Chi Cheng's expression.
