Bab 141: William's Secret (2)

"So... your mother is still alive? Why didn't even my father say anything about it? And you too...." Marion looked annoyed, realizing that her lover had apparently hidden a big secret about her.

William, who was aware that he had made a mistake, tried to restrain Marion who had begun to rise from his lead. He was about to go down and leave the man, but William quickly blocked Marion's arm from holding on and listening to the story he was about to tell. 

"Wait, baby! Can I explain in advance why I didn't say anything about my mother?" asked William, hoping Marion would give him a quick chance to start the story.

Marion, who was originally upset and doubtful, whether to give her lover the time she asked for, or just leave because for her everyone started to act annoying, finally returned to sit down and face William who was still sitting on the side of his bed.

The man then lay down, leaning against the back of the bed and grabbing Marion into his arms.
