Bab 93: Pillow Talks

Ange tried to keep William from forcing himself to go after the sulky girl, but William was also a stubborn man. He didn't care about Ange's restrictions.

William got up while holding his stomach, limped along and kept calling out to Marion.

"Marion, wait!" cried William, but the girl didn't stop in her tracks. One thing that relieved William, Marion did not leave the mansion, but went into her private room with Leah.

Marion stepped in. William almost managed to grab the girl's arm, but Marion had already closed the door so hard it almost hit the man's handsome face.

KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK!

"Marion ... please open the door. I can't stand for long, Marion. Let me go in and rest inside."

Marion had clearly heard William's words, but she didn't want to open the door and let him in. Not because she didn't want to, but because she felt awkward and nervous about the man's arrival.
