"Why would the leader of the Western Region be interested in us?" Xander asked, half in fright.

"We just became a leader of a country in their territory. It's only natural that the leader of the Region will want to at least meet us. Xasha specifically, how fast and silently we had taken over Estia is unheard of. Wouldn't you want to know how we managed to do it if you were an outsider?" His wife gave him her reasoning.

"Davene is right. I think so too," Verra added.

"Are you sure it's not to swear loyalty?" Saxon asked.

"Loyalty? What would they do with something like that? Especially from weaklings like us?" Verra burst out laughing.

"When is this meeting taking place?" Xasha asked casually. He was excited to go to Sloan and see those powerhouses for himself. He wondered if he would get to meet the man himself. The great and mysterious leader of the western world.

"It's in 7 months," Verra announced.

"So far away?" Xasha complained.
