Bab 73: Hide From Vampire Hunters [NOT EDITED YET]

Jade felt empty for a few days since the last time Shane took her, and he had not attended lectures. He felt guilty, but on the one hand, what should he do?

Max is now getting more intense with her every day. He didn't ask Jade anything about Shane, and Jade didn't talk about it either. They kept themselves secret about Shane.

Max didn't want to talk about Shane because he already knew, and he didn't want Jade to think about it. Jade herself was more because she appreciates Max as her only boyfriend.

But of course, Max felt a change in Jade, who was different. He looked duller, as if she had no power to live.

"Did your blood bag run out?" Max asked as Jade got into the car after class.

Jade looked straight at him. His face was dazed, and then he understood. "No. What's the matter?" Jade asked.

He stepped on the gas car, and then they left campus. "You've been looking sluggish lately. So I'm assuming you're out of stock."
