"Why, Mom?" I asked confused.

"Well, Caitlin has been there for you since you were teenagers, and she was your first love and the most critical issue here is Miracle's life status. Jace, she is the daughter of Thomas White, she was born rich, and we will always be rich. Can you imagine yourself living in her shadow? I mean you can't let her stay here.
