"But first, ensure that the machine he wants to build is completed."

"Learn how its built from him and ensure its efficiency."

"When that's done, feel free to eliminate him as you wish."

"But if it can be avoided, do not destroy the machine itself unless the civilian casualties can no longer be overlooked." 

"These generation of rankers need to face as much adversities as possible." 

"They need to be stronger."

"And I'm going to be the necessary evil for that."

"So, with all that being said, will you be able do it?" Morrigan apathetically asked her subordinate.

Magnus contemplated over his leader's words, a complex emotion forming on his face.
