Bab 246: Chapter 245: Cups, Blood, and Floods

Grand Duke Kunstan was dead, less than a year after his coronation, he perished in the grand border war.

But this was just a lesser noticed corner on the battlefield; in the real heart of the battleground, the war still raged on.

Snow Giant Da had launched a long-ambushed attack by the blue-skinned cavalry, causing unimaginable heavy casualties to the Human Knight Order. It also brutally suppressed the Shadowflame Dragon which, already severely injured and not yet fully recovered, was almost cast into an illusion.

But the dragons of the Scorching Torrent Kingdom had arrived at the battlefield.

The Shadowflame Dragon felt a sudden pang in its heart, it didn't understand what this pain signified, its only thought now was to firmly hold on to Snow Giant Da, to allow the other dragon to deal with the major threat to itself and the Shadowflame Duchy.

"Da!"

Snow Giant Da roared and flung away the somewhat limp Shadowflame Dragon.
