Bab 147: Old Memories

The little girl looked happy when she complied and was able to take as much water as she wanted.

Evan immediately took the bucket from the girl and filled it with water.

"Can I drink it?"

"Of course, this water is very fresh and can instantly quench your thirst." Using a small bucket, Evan poured water into the little girl's hand to drink.

The little girl's expression couldn't lie, she even asked for extra water to drink. "This water is really fresh and delicious, sir."

Evan was slightly moved when he saw the little girl drinking quite a lot. He did not know how long the girl had not drank because the river was polluted and they had to buy expensive water to drink.

On the other hand, the residents could only watch while swallowing their saliva as the little girl enjoyed the water from Evan's well.

"Do I need to help carry it?"
