Bab 33: Trapped (2) - Powerful Enemy

We sat on the ground for a moment to catch our breath. It had been a tough fight, so a needed rest before continuing was a must.

"Damn," I said. "That attack of yours was incredible."

Julie used the mana stones' power during the battle, and that was incredible. If she didn't do that, well, we might have lost the battle.

"Thanks. You also did a fantastic job with the sword. I don't recall you being so agile," she said.

That was all thanks to Hades skill, which had been increasing my attributes. Just the beast I found gave me 2 points in agility, and that alone made a huge difference to my speed.

Anyway, we rested for a few minutes before moving forward, going straight to the depths of the cave. If there was another way out, it should be there. I hoped that Yula didn't destroy the other passages like she did with the main one.
