Bab 130: Salon Visit(1)

She tried to choose what dress to wear and only then she realized the most important thing.

How will she pay?

She has no cash in hand and Leander didn't leave her anything. All she has is $90, and it won't be enough for the salon she used to visit. She didn't think that Leander would be pleased if she visits her old salon. 

She decided not to visit the salon that day. She came downstairs. She had gotten used to watching the rerun of a dating show in the mornings. She informed the chauffeur that she changed her mind and went back to the living room. 

Mary came from the kitchen hearing the TV.  She asked why she is not getting ready. Viviana had no shame explaining that she didn't have the money. Mary sighed. 

"You are Minerva Kastello! Why do you need money?" Mary asked. 

It was then it hit Viviana. Mafia families tend to not pay for stuff. They collect money from businesses on their "turf", not pay them. That's their whole thing.
